Which lab do you use?
We partner with a Maryland-based independent indoor air quality analytical lab. The lab is independent from Eagle — your results aren't graded by the people who cleaned the ducts.
Is this an extra charge?
No. The 3rd-party IAQ Lab Report is included with every Eagle air duct cleaning job at no additional cost. This is the moat — no other Maryland duct cleaner ships independent lab proof.
What does the IAQ Lab Report actually measure?
Three things, before and after cleaning: (1) total airborne particulate count, (2) common allergen presence (dust mite, cockroach, pet dander, pollen), (3) mold spore count by genus. Plus a written interpretation in plain English.
When do I get the report?
Within 5 business days of your job. Delivered as a branded PDF by email; printed copy mailed on request.
